How do I know which service I need?

If you're a new business with no books yet — Start Fresh. If you have months or years of unreconciled transactions — Clean It Up. If your books are in decent shape and you just need someone to keep them that way — Stay on Track. Not sure? Get a free book review and consultation and we'll tell you exactly what you need.

What happens on the free call?

It's 15 minutes. We ask about your business, your current books situation, and what's stressing you out. You'll leave with a clear picture of what needs to happen and what it'll cost. No sales pitch, no pressure.

Question 3

How long does it take to get started?

Accepted Answer

Usually within a few days of our first call. We'll send you a simple onboarding checklist — access to your records and systems  — and we get to work from there.

Question 4

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the volume of transactions, the number of accounts, and the complexity of your books. We give you a flat monthly rate upfront — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Question 5

Are there any setup fees?

For Start Fresh and Clean It Up, there's a one-time project fee. For Stay on Track, it's a flat monthly rate with no setup fee. Everything is quoted before any work begins.

Question 6

Do you require a long-term contract?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contract required. Monthly bookkeeping is month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. That said, optional contracts are available if you want to lock in your rate and secure your spot on our schedule.

Question 7

What software do you use?

We work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If you don't have a subscription yet, we'll help you get set up. If you're on something else, we'll handle the migration.

Question 8

Will I still have access to my own books?

Accepted Answer

Always. You have full access to your QuickBooks Online account at all times. We work in it alongside you — we never lock you out or hold your data hostage.

Question 9

How do you communicate with clients?

Primarily email. You'll get a monthly summary when your books are done, and we'll reach out if we spot anything that needs your attention. No endless check-in calls unless you want them.

Question 10

How far back can you go?

Accepted Answer

As far back as you need. We've cleaned up books that were untouched for three or four years. It takes longer and costs more, but it's absolutely doable.

Question 11

What do you need from me to get started?

Accepted Answer

Access to your bank and credit card statements, your QuickBooks Online account (or we'll set one up), and about 20 minutes of your time to walk us through your business. After that, we handle it.

Question 12

Will my books be tax-ready when you're done?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You'll get clean, reconciled books and a set of financial statements your accountant or tax preparer can work from directly. We don't file taxes, but we make sure whoever does has everything they need.
